Awareness Workshops
We propose a serie of WORKSHOPS
aiming at increasing the overall level of understanding of environmental challenges on key topics such as: The Climate Fresk, 2 Tonnes, Digital Collage, The fresk of Planetary Boundaries
Action planning
Based on the results and recommendations of a carbon footprint analysis, and sustainability report, the team will identify priority levers witch will be tackled by actions collectively described; whilst taking into account the suggestions collected during prior workshops.
Sustainability dashboard
Our team will work with each department and finally align with the top management in order to define both Objective Key Results (Qualitative) and Key performance Indicators (Quantitative). Data collection and tracking processes will de defined. The dashbaord will feature both OKRs and KPIs.
